Joy Ann has been in the cash flow business for over twenty years.  She began in investment real estate.  As she began networking, she quickly discovered that some of the business owners that she networked with could not internally grow their business due to the fact that their customers' checks were not coming in fast enough to take care of the needs of the business.  Joy Ann wanted to help these small and medium sized businesses compete with the larger company in terms of having ready capital.  Thus, Lexx Funding, Inc. was founded.  After being in the business for only a few years, Joy Ann was inducted in The Million Dollar Club of the American Cash Flow Association and received an Honorable Mention for the Financial Services Advocate of the Year in St. Louis, MO.  When a chapter of the American Cash Flow Institute was formed in St. Louis, Joy Ann became its President and guided the chapter for many years.

Donald has an accounting and business background.  He is also a Certified Mortgage Investor and a Certified Capital Specialist.  He has served as secretary and has worked part-time in Lexx Funding, Inc. while maintaining their real estate investments, since Lexx Funding's beginning.
